Galaxy S4 unable to send/receive photos in text messages.

I have a Galaxy S4. Just noticed two days ago that I can no longer send or receive photos in text messages. No error message when I send and it appears to have sent. Recipient never gets anything. When someone sends me a text photo, they receive an error message and I receive nothing. Any ideas?

Let's take a look and see what's going on with your picture messages. Have you recently changed device? If so, which device did you previously have? Are you able to connect to the internet? Is this happening with al of your contacts or just certain contacts? Please provide us details so we can get this resolved.

Hi dgutierrez11, two days is too long to go without being able to send our receive text messages. Let's fimd out what the issue is and offer you an idea. Do you have mobile data "ON" while sending/receiving pictures messages? Double check this setting on your device using this link for help http://tiny.cc/gpoc4x and keep us posted.

I have this issue when my S4 "falls off" the data network.

Try browsing the web or using youtube, or anything else that requires data. If that doesn't work either, reboot the phone.

Unfortunately, Verizon still hasn't provided a permanent resolution for this behavior. I have to reboot the phone about once every other day due to this recurring problem.
