My galaxy s4 os upgrade has is not compatible with my car bluetooth. It also causes problems with my galaxy screen. Any idea if there is a fix available?
I''d love to take a closer look into the issue! I understand how important it is to be able to utilize bluetooth. Were you able to use bluetooth prior to the update with your car? What happens when you attempt to connect? Have you been able to connect the device to other bluetooth devices? What concerns are you running into with your "galaxy screen"?

It is a new car so never synch with the previous system. I spoke with the Honda techs and the took me through everything and when the saw my O/S was lollipop they said this is a known problem requiring an IT fix. I looked online and see multiple users with same problem not limited to Honda. The bluetooth pairs for a moment then drops then pairs etc. It is not useable. n addition, my initial screen with password protect no longer has any numbers. With the new system I just have a series of boxes where the numbers were. I have used Verizon and had a motorola or samsung galaxy for several years with no problems. But frankly this new operating system is horrible. I would be glad to either go back to prior system or will have no alternative to switch to an apple product.
Thanks and any insights very appreciated.
