My Backup Assistant+ contacts sync is failing on my Droid Maxx. I get the following message:
Backed up: 147
Pending: 16
Last Backup: Today
Last Attempt: Failure
I checked the Cloud via My Verizon on my computer because that supposedly took over from Backup Assistant+ and my contacts all appear to be there even though the sync failed (136 total contacts). Two days ago when I tried to backup contacts from the Cloud mobile app I ended up with a bunch of someone else's contacts and had to manually go through and delete them on my phone. Not really happy about that and reinforces my concerns about security of the Cloud. My mobile app for VZ Backup doesn't recognize my signon username/password. Are you working on the Cloud/Backup Assistant+ mismatch or should I use a 3rd party app to backup my contacts and keep them secure?
