After the most recent system upgrade a few days ago, I have started receiving messages played through the phone's speaker, often late at night. These sound like advertisements or instructions for apps. They come on when the system volume is turned all the way down, and there is not an obvious app at work powering them. The messages do cease when I close all open apps. What is this?
