I cannot get any LED light or sound notifying me of missed calls, voice mail or emails when the screen is locked. I have checked all the boxes to give me notifications but still nothing. Lollipop updated.

Anything I am missing?

I am sorry to hear this is happening. We definitely want you to be able to see all your notifications when needed. Have you tried placing your device in Safe mode to see if the notifications come through? Here is how to place the device in safe mode... http://vz.to/1IrAxaL
