What is "Updating data" notification about? It's been running on my S4 for MANY hours. Fortunately, I'm on my home network, so it's not using any of my data plan.

Here's a screenshot. Hadn't used the phone for several hours. Based on the date, it appears that the "Updating data" process started yesterday sometime (today is 08-16-2915).
Appreciate the great visual, PaulWood. If you happen to click on the notification, does it take you to the application or service in question that is attempting to update?

Tapping on the notification bar does nothing. The little down arrow in the brown circle continues to change, I presume indicating that the updating download (?) is continuing.
