LG Extravert 2 won't receive picture messages.

My Extravert 2 receives picture messages sometimes.  Sometime it works, sometimes it doesn't.  This happens within minutes.  If a picture doesn't come in, the sender re-sends it and it works.  When I try to send a picture message, the recipient gets the picture, but I get a message that says message retrevial cancelled.  Any clue to what is causing this?

I know how important it is to send and receive pictures George! Let's get some additional information and explore options to resolve! When did this picture messaging issue start? Do these failed incoming/outgoing pictures are only with specific contacts or all contacts? Are you having any issues transfering/uploading pictures to your online album?
