Samsung illusion mobile network settings

I recently factory reset my Samsung Illusion. At first, I was unable to activate the phone because it removed all of the phones network info but I was eventually walked thru a 32 step manual activation process by a Verizon tech. I'm now able to receive calls and send and receive texts, but I can't access the Internet or make calls or receive pictures. Do I need to add an APN or change it or is there a step that I may have missed during the 32 step manual activation?

You could try shutting the device down, removing the SIM card, waiting a minute, reinstalling and powering it back up. The will reacquire the network and hopefully get things fixed. Also you can look to see what your current APN is, it should be: VZWINTERNET
