My phone has not been charging well and will stay dead, even if I charge it all night. If it is fully charged, it is dead within hours

Any ideas. It won't turn on, and it's been on the charger for an hour. I've tried the 15 second, hold down the 2 button trick and nothing (that usually helps).

Are you charging it with the charger that came with the phone? Is it plugged into a wall outlet? Have you tried a different charger?
