Keep getting this message and can't find it on my apps. What do I do?
Is Hangouts not listed in the Application drawer? Did you disable it?
Ralphie44,Thanks so much for visiting our community member forums. Let's see if we can't get this issue resolved for you. Where are you looking for the app? If you're just presseing your main application icon on your phones home screen, you may need to look elsewhere. Please go into Settings > Applications. You may need to select Application Manager from there depending on your device. Make sure you are in the ALL column and you should be able to find it here. Please try selecting Force Stop followed by Clear Data and see if that addresses the issue. Please let us know if not.
