how do I fix mobile network not available on my phone even though my spouses phone has no problem

It's important that your Samsung Galaxy S 4 device has a reliable connection to the network. I would love to assist.
When did this problem begin? Please ensure Airplane mode is "Off" http://vz.to/1PAEfzi. Also try powering off the device, removing and reinserting the SIM Card: http://vz.to/1MUv9KO. Keep me posted with your results.
