new blackberry

I would like to know if and when verizon will sell the new blackberry. I have been waiting for over a year to get a new phone because I want an upgraded blackberry. I switched to verizon from at&t because the network is better, however, I am now strongly considering switching back so that I can get the phone I want.

Which BlackBerry phone are you referring to, Priv isn't out yet, Passport isn't available at VZW.

The AT&T exclusive was not a smart move.

If you are talking about the Priv, the version that are available for pre-order are not compatible with the Verizon Network. They are GSM while Verizon is CDMA...

Well know, any BlackBerry offered on Shop BlackBerry has always been GSM only, with the disclaimer the phone will not work on CDMA carriers like Verizon and Sprint. Still curious if the OP had a particular model in mind.
