New phone won't allow access to cloud. Gives an error message: Sorry can't connect to cloud at this time. Tech support can't figure it out. How can you give feedback, when it won't open to report it? Tried two different phones with no luck.

It is already backed up. New phone just won't open it. recent conversation with tech support says they are working the problem. We will see how that goes.
