How long does it normally take to get your reverse charge back in account?
Reverse charge...for what? An overpayment? Credit for a returned phone? An overcharge for services? A lot depends on what is being "reversed" - I've seen credits appear almost immediately after talking to a rep on the phone, and other times it takes a couple of billing cycles (2-3 months) for credits to appear.
