My Samsung S5 has stopped ringing.

Good Morning, Can you help? My Samsung S5 has stopped ringing. It shows when someone is calling but is silent. I have checked the Vibrate, Mute, Ring Volume. I have power cycled and even pulled the battery. It rang and vibrated right after that, but as of this morning went back to not ringing.

Being able to hear your phone ring is a must! Let's look further into this for you. I just would need a little more information from you. How long has this been going on? Did anything change on your phone before this started: any software updates, new apps or ringtones downloaded? Is this just occurring on phone calls or with all alerts (texts, emails, etc)?
