I factory reseted my phone a couple months ago after the update and manually reinstalled the apps yet my phone has begun acting up again requiring me to restart it multiple times a day, restarting itself, and freezing... What should I do? I don't have a phone upgrade for another year and this phone has been nothing but trouble.
