my phone was doing a software update last night , it didnt finish now there is just a yellow triangle with ! in the middle and the little android guy underneath! I cant get it to power on or off or do anything!! Please HELP!!!
Hilkb, let's get your phone back up and running again. Other than the power down, what have you tried? Have you attempted to force the phone to reboot by pressing and holding the power and the volume down buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds?
