I have been experiencing issues ever since I switched to verizon, but like all little things, I typically ignore it and blame it on where I am. But lately, these problems are getting worse and worse. It's only effecting group messaging, so far... It started off as being an issue with getting everyone's replies in a delayed (10-15 mins if I was lucky) manner, and then esculated to not getting them at all now, bow, it is receiving them as from an individual, like it's supposed to, and gives me a download button. The only issue with this is, it could be downloading for days on end, or it tells me to connect to a Verizon network or wifi if I have that ability. I mostly text when I'm not around wifi, so I don't understand why I am connected to 4G LTE, and it won't let me download. Yes, I have tried it on wifi, no avail. Yes, I switched to Verizon's Message+ when this all started , currently my non-Verizon devices with the app, are receiving my messages that I am unable to download on my phone (the whole reason for being on verizon). Since 120 characters are unable to express my frustration, hopefully someone from Customer Service and help me with my problems here. I was in the same group message on a Samsung s4 on T-Mobile, and I never had any issues with group messages, so I don't understand why it's giving me problems on Verizon. Please, any advice or suggestions are helpful.
