Every other morning I wake up to a black screen, the date and time on the side are lit up but it shows the date and time frozen. I have to do a soft reset on the phone and that can take up to a minute holding the buttons
That's not the device experience we want you to have. We want you to love your phone again so let's dive in to see what can be causing this. How long has this been happening? Has there been any recent updates to your device (software related)? Any moisture or physical damage to the device? That you can recall, have you downloaded any new applications to the device recently?
