I can't make or receive calls. I cant send and receive texts and use data, but cannot dial out or receive calls. Anyone know what to do?

Same issue in Hillsborough NC. I have text and data but I can't make or receive calls. I have two lines and it is the same across both devices so I know it's not my phone. Any idea when service will be restored?

Im in Goldsboro and all 4 of our phones are doing the same thing. Cant even call *611. Can only text and data.
We have 3 lines and they are all the same way...only text and data as well!
Just got on chat. It has been reported and they are sending someone out to try to fix it. No estimated time of when it will be fixed yet because the guy is not there to fix it. So, I know they are working on the NC issues.
