Will Verizon replace my tablet if it no longer charges? It is not a year old yet and barely used but it just stopped charging.
If you are under warranty and the device has software or hardware issues for which neither you purposely or accidentally caused damage, then Verizon will replace. Give them a call.
Thank you. I think the port is messed up. But shouldn't be because I sit
it on the counter to charge and it doesn't get used while charging.
