Turn the sync "On" from the "Accounts" in the settings.

I just got the Turbo yesterday and updated to 5.1 right out of the box. I cannot turn the sync "On" from the "Accounts" in the settings. I will allow me to "sync now" but not change from "off" to "on"? I am thinking there is somewhere else I can turn the sync on. Need some help please.  remember seeing somewhere asking to "sync on WiFi only" . . where the heck is that?

Go into an individual account, then tap the three horizontal lines next to  the word Inbox.  Scroll to the bottom of the menu to Settings, then choose the account you want to set the sync schedule for....scroll down to sync frequency and and Sync over wifi... set the options.  Each email account is set separately.
