My problem involves reestablishing of my Contact List.

I've spoken with Moto Customer support who told me to clear my cache which I've done numerous times and it intermittently operates. Majority of the time the Contact List is being updated and wheel keeps spinning. Seeing my favorites or All Contacts just disappeared when Lollipop was installed.
