Can't Call Home Phone

When I call my home phone, Comcast Landline, I get several different type of error messages. The one most often heard is "You cannot call that number from

this line. You can only call 911".  I have the same problem when I try to call my daughter's home phone, also Comcast landline and she cannot call us on

her cell (Verizon) or she will also get the error message.  This does not happen all the time, just occasionally. I use a 5s, my wife a 4s and my granddaughter

uses a 6.  We all have the same problem.

We definitely want you to be able to contact your home phone and your daughter's home phone. Please clarify, when your daughter attempts to call you and gets the same error message, is she calling your home phone with Comcast? Are all of your mobile numbers in your account having difficulties calling specific numbers with Comcast? Have you tried reaching out to Comcast regarding this?
