I can hear caller but they can't hear me after 2 minutes

I have a persistent problem with my Galaxy S6 Edge.

The call starts crystal clear both ways but after a couple of minutes with no warning the callers stop hearing me. I continue to hear them fine.

Mute button is not pressed, I am not using any headsets. Soft reset is not helping. HD Voice is enabled.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

Every call shoudl be crystal clear akteam. How long have you been havng this issue for? Do you have any cases on your phone? Does this happen when you are on Bluetooth?

It's been happening for a couple of months -- I am not certain exactly when it started.

No cases on the phone.

Not using bluetooth on this phone.

2 months is way to long akteam. I am sure we will get to the bottom of this. Was this happening the first day you got the phone? Do you recall downloading any new applications?
