I can not make outgoing calls from my Samsung flip phone. I can receive calls but when I try to make a call (using the area code) i receive a message that says I have reached a nonworking number. No matter what phone number I try. Please help.
This may not work, or maybe you have tried it. Turn off the phone; remove the battery; wait a minute; re-insert the battery; turn on the phone; try to make a call. Sometimes my samsung flip phone just needs to restart.
