My LG G3 no longer boots after the new system update

After the new update, my mothers LG G3 no longer boots past the Verizon boot logo. She updated it at work, and that's when the update broke her phone. Following that, she took it to a Verizon store, and the replacement body came today. Now this body has been broken by the update as well. Nobody should have to jump through hoops with a device, postpone updates just to keep it operational. Please release a fix for this.

This is never a good thing, Alexander97. With technology changing everyday; software updates should improve your phone, however, I do apologize this is not the case here. Is this the exact same issue you had with your previous phone? Are you able to hold the power and down volume key to see if we are able to get past this screen? Try powering the phone off, briefly remove the sim card, reinsert the sim card and power phone back on.
