Can't Receive or send calls

I updated my operating system yesterday and after that I can't hear anything when I send or receive calls. The speaker works. The audio port works and everything else on the phone works. I get emails, send text launch apps etc.

Airplane mode is off

bluetooth is off

I'm not sure what to do.
