Transfering Apps

I have recently upgraded my phone to Note 5. I was able to transfer applications using Smart Switch. Although the apps were transferred, its as if it was a new installation. None of the in app purchases were transferred. Is there a way I can transfer the apps with the in app purchases made?

Many apps will load when you add your google account, the rest will come from google wallet.   Add it to the phone and expect to have to enter the really long purchase code so past purchases will download in full.
