My husband is on his 5th (yes I said 5) and I am on my 3rd (and have only had a blackberry for 2 months) and keep getting Like-New Replacements from Verizon. We are unbelievably frustrated and wondered if anyone has suggestions as to how to get out of this MESS that has been created by sub-par products through Verizon/Blackberry.
Their (meaning Verizon) solution is always to take the battery out, which then resets the device. But every problem (failure to sync, buttons stop working, trackball doesn't work, and the list goes on...) remains when we do this. The latest answer was that it was my husband's fault as he had it in his pocket at some point. Does it make sense that a product that costs a couple hundred dollars would be this sensitive?
We are at a complete loss and frustrated is a true understatement...
