I can't send or receive text messages. I've checked all my settings, restarted my phone and made sure my data isn't full. What else can I do?

I think it started on Sunday, when I try to send a text it just says sending forever and never sends. I've had several people tell me they texted me and I never received them.
I would not want to miss out on any messages. How is your storage on the phone? Go to settings>Storage.
