I am trying to view my messages on my pc and instead of my messages its showing my boyfriends messages, How do I change what number its retrieving messages from?
Are you signing in with the MyVerizon login info associated with your boyfriend's line or your line?
I got it to work thank you! But I was trying to sign into it under my phone number and when i would go to sign his number was there and it wouldnt let me change it to mine.
