My fiancé just upgraded to the droid turbo yesterday and every time he gets a phone call it's silent and only vibrates even though the ringer is turned all the way up. He tried turning the phone off and back on but it's not working. Can anyone help me?
Is "Silent" select for the ringtone? Is the volume set at priority notifications only (star in the notification bar)?
Is it ringing for other notifications like email and text messages?
It's not on silent and that isn't the selected ringtone. I don't understand the priority star thing? I have an iPhone so I don't know anything about droids
And yes it's ringing for other notifications
