Is blackberry corporate plan necessary

I was told by Verizon that I needed the corporate plan but I do not believe that is the case. My company does NOT have BES and I am only syncing Outlook tasks and calendar via desktop manager when I am in the office. Not syncing messages, not syncing over the air. Any advice?

Unless your on a BES system, you do not need the Corp. plan.....

Hi,

I use Outlook every day to sync my calendar and tasks. I am on a regular Blackberry Internet Serivce (BIS) plan.
