I just got a new Galaxy S5 on Wednesday and it's been having trouble connecting to the internet, both with Wifi and my data plan. I talked to Samsung customer support and they told me to come here to change my APN settings. I need urgent help.

Personally I would turn the device off, remove the back, remove the battery, remove the SIM card, wait a few minutes and then put everything back together and see if that helps. If that doesn't here is a link to APN Verizon Settings.
