You text like it's dialing but I can't hear anything and there is no dial tone after about a minute it just hangs up all calls that are made to me and go straight to voicemail

Let's get this fixed for you because it's really important to us that you're able to make and receive calls with your phone. You mentioned that this started happening after the update and wiping the phone didn't help, so let's try a different approach and repair the software. Uh oh! We definitely want your device in full working order. How long have you been having troubles? Is this issue specific to one location or everywhere that you go with the device? Are your other services like messaging and data working? Are you aware if other receive an error message when calling you?

ever since I did the lolipop update It happens everywhere I go im in a good signal area and my sim card works fine in other phone messaging and data work fine all calls go str8 to vm
Oh wow! If this started immediately after an update, we can reset the device to allow it to reinstall the update. Is the device currently backed up? Ive wiped it like 3 times twice with backup and once without the third time i redid the update to no effect but I will do it again to make sure ill repost my findings heres hoping! cheers.,
