Classic sync with Outlook?

After numerous conversations with Verizon and Blackberry about syncing with Microsoft Outlook, I was unable to get a decent answer. Most said that it was one of BB selling points so they were sure it could be done.

I have upgraded from the Bold 9930 to the Classic and it came today. Real foggy instructions but seems that the contacts are the only thing that syncs. Also, I have to do it in the cloud.

Any better answers?
