application stops working

I am new to the world of Blackberry and I am hoping someone can help me figure something out.

I downloaded AE Games Scrabble in October and it has worked fine. Yesterday I finally got around to installing the VZNav that I have been paying for as well as the Docs to Go that came on my phone. I also downloaded Face Book Mobile. I was then prompted to upgrade my OS software. Now when I try to open the game, all I get is a white screen that responds to nothing - I have to use the Red End Call button to exit back to the home screen. Any ideas / suggestions would be appreciated greatly!

The app may not be compatible with OS 5. Uninstall it, go to the site where you got it and see if it is compatible or maybe they have a newer version that is. If the same version reinstall it and maybe that will help.

Did you try pulling the battery first?

It appears that the game may not be compatible with BB 5.0 OS. Try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. To uninstall, from the Home Screen go to Options > Applications, or you can use BB Desktop Manager to uninstall apps.
