My emails did not work as when I updated the phone it created another account for me and I had to call Verizon to get this fixed.
Can reply to emails, but not compose= possible solutions have tech support send service books to phone &
From main screen on Storm> go to Settings>Email Settings>Press Menu (dots)> a small screen pops up> click Service Books> another page opens up. Go from there
Calendar events missing= restore with backup
Email icon missing= found as a hidden icon
Not able to install BB App World "Uncaught exception: Missing resource net.rim.device.apps.internal.appstore.resource.BlackBerryAppStore"= resend your service books and then pull your battery to restart your device…. To resend your service book, on your device, go to Email Settings and open it. You will then press the Menu Key and select Service Books. Then you will see the option to Send Service Book.
Foxsports.com to the fantasy and I can no longer sign in= Open the Blackberry Browser and press the Menu key and options. Change the emulation to Internet Explorer

Documents to go suite are all gone = Docs to Go back to the standard app if you have the Premium version installed. Go to dataviz.com on your Blackberry browser and you can download it again. If you have the premium version you paid for, you may have to go to their website via your computer and download the file again. Which ever version you have, keep a copy of the alx and code file on your computer for backup purposes. = documents to go appears to be for version 4.7 os = DocsTo Go is hidden. Go to the application menu and press the menu key. Select Show All and it should appear. = was not there but the program is working with the incorrect icon.
I cannot establish a connection to the internet = Go to Email Settings. Press the Menu key and press Service Books. Then select to Send Service Books.
Quickpull Lite (the free version) does not work even after battery pulls and downloading it again at least it is on the home screen
