Time is off by an hour

I did the software update 2 days ago, on my s4, now the time on my phone is off by an hour. Sometimes it corrects itself, other times it acts like it's in central time zone. I didn't change anything and checked in my settings that date and time are set to automatic as it always has been. Restarted phone, a number of times and also removed battery. Same result. Any thoughts? Anyone else experiencing this?

j.43ricks - Let's tune up your time! We do not want you to be late. Please go to Settings>More> Date and time make sure all options are unchecked. Now manually Set time and time zone. Now make sure you check Automatic time zone and Automatic data and time. Please let us know if issue persists.

Just lately time has been off by 5 hours. I reset time on my phone and when somebody calls it goes 5hours ahead. I thought my phone was bad so I bought new phone. I am using straight talk with verizon as carrier. Never had problem before. Seems like problems with 5G maybe?
