Storage space down to nothing

My S4 is suddenly telling me that available storage is running low. I have very few pictures on this phone, no videos, not too many apps. I have deleted what I can and moved apps to SD card. I briefly gained some space and now it's gone again. By searching I have found there are a lot of people out there with this same issue. I have tried to find a resolution to no avail. Phone keeps telling me I don't even have enough available space for the lollipop update. I am afraid to do a factory reset but it's looking like I will have no choice???!!!! I can't even access my cloud storage from the phone now.

Any knowledge of this problem or fixes?

If you have space install something like this

Which will help you narrow down where your space has gone, it could simply be temporary files that didn't get cleaned up or an application that decided to cache a bunch of data.

jenee, let's make more space. Did you update the software for the applications downloaded on your phone too? The recent software update my be conflicting with your applications when the application software isn't updated. Next, please delete any unwanted applications, text messages, call logs, e-mails, pictures, and music/videos. Keep us posted.
