Is there anyway to fix being locked out of my account. I try to call but it will not let me make a call to a representative or message one about that number.
Have you attempted to call 611 from the phone? Normally, even if the services disconnected you are still able to call 611. Is the account current? How long have you been receiving this message?
Ever since earlier this year. I stopped using the phone this year and now when I am trying to reconnect it is like verizon got called from certain groups of people to cancel my phone or something.
I had a lot of my videos and personal information on accounts tied to the phone.
With prepaid accounts, you need to keep the line active and money in the account. Otherwise after a certain period, the number is recycled.
My other number which was inactive longer still works. I feel like this number was specifically targeted.
