I just bought a new Verizon 4g lte phone and tried to activate it. It gave me my phone number but I can't make or receive phone calls or text
And I can get into my Verizon but still can't do anything
Was this prepaid? Did you port in from another carrier? Which phone do you have? Do you have a SIM?

Your device should always work great for you! That's crucial. What happens when you try to call? When you log in online does your number show with your device? Is this prepaid or postpaid?
