For over a year now I have been trying to get something done about this. My phone will rarely receive calls, and when making calls it either will not dial out or it drops in the middle of the call. I live in a city and my signal strength is usually great, but it continues to happen. I have visited multiple Verizon Wireless stores with no luck. Either they can make calls just fine, or they say they can't do anything because I'm not an account owner/manager/admin/etc. I'm getting very frustrated paying for a phone that does not work properly.
