My S5 won't work unless plugged in. When I unplugged it, it shuts off then goes to samsung screen then shuts off and continues this cycle until plugged back in.

There has been no pysical damage or water damage to my phone. It started
yesterday evening while I was using it to view facebook. I have rebooted
the system as well as cleaned the battery heads and ensured the battery has
a tight connection. It works perfectly fine when plugged in. I use a life
proof case at all times as well.
