After I use up my LTE Data (4GB) on prepaid will i just have throttled 3G data or none whatsoever??

On Verizon Prepaid, after you use the data, you get no more data. There is no throttling, so, if you use your 1-2, 2.5-3.5 or 3-4GB, that's it.
