Samsung s6 - Group Texting Issues

I am having horrible issues with group texting. I have a group text with 4 other people. 2 iphone users & 2 android users. I might get 2 text in the group one morning, then miss the next 10, then get 3, miss 2 more. It is random & I miss text from both iphone & android users, doesn't seem to matter. Also, sometimes when I send a text in the group, 3 of the users will get it in the group conversation but 1 of them will get it as an individual text. The next time I text, all 4 get it in the group. Seems my text are always received one way or another but lots of text they are sending just don't get to me. This is with any group. Separate group, different people, same thing. I have erased all my text strings to start fresh but didn't improve.

You came to the right place for assistance davis0910. Group texting is a great way to communicate effectively with multiple people at once and we want you to enjoy this feature to the fullest. May I ask are you using the default messaging app on your Samsung Galaxy S 6? Are you able to text the individuals in the group separately without any issues? As you share the details then we can troubleshoot together.

I am using the default messaging app on the phone. So far I haven't noticed any issues messaging these (or any) individuals separately.

I'm glad individual messages are making their way through, davis0910. Before your S6, what model phone did you have? Was group messaging working previously? I'd also like to narrow down the cause and ask you to head to www.vzw.com/verizonmessages and log into the Web App from your computer. Once you're logged in and accept the terms, I'd like you to use your messaging from your phone normally for a day and check back in the web app to check if you see the missing messages on the Web App that were not delivered to your phone.
