My contacts and all associated phone attributes I assign to the contacts like special ringtone for a particular contact, or a Favorite. etc get randomly deleted. After the deletion the phone will sync the contacts again as if it were the first time sync.
I am using LolliPop 5.1.1 Galaxy S6 Edge+ and my e-mail account is an Office 365 exchange account. I have used this same e-mail account on other Galaxy devices S4, S5 and Note 4 as well as an iPhone without having this issue. It has only happened with the S6 Edge+. I was actually running the LolliPop 5.0 on the S4 with the same Office 365 account without seeing this problem.
