when i connect  headphone to my lumia 822 it go to mute mode so i can not et the ringing sound

i can chane the voice volume but not the ringing volume.

can anyone help me

Itai, I know how difficult it is when your headphones aren't cooperating. Are these bluetooth or are they wired headphones plugged into your jack?  Have they worked previously, and stopped working, or failed the whole time?
