How do I unblock or configure ports when using a mobile hotspot?

Question

Basically I travel weekly, I started bringing my xbox one on my trips for something else to do during my down time. During the day the internet services is okay at best but in the evening the local internet turns into a nightmare. Connection speeds as low as 0.98 mbps. So I tried to out wit my one problem by using mobile hotspot from Galaxy s4 phone with average speed of 25.86 mbps. Now I running into the problem of not being able to connect to servers I want to access. Mainly EA servers. I'm able to connect to xbox live, but trying to access anything that is made by EA I automatically receive the message "The EA Servers are currently unavailable. Please try again later."  I swap back to the crappy internet services, and I have access again.

Which leads to question how to unblock the ports I want access through mobile hotspot? I've tried to download one of those port forwarding apps but I don't think that what I need. It doesn't have the space to put in TCP (80; 3047;53)  and the UPD (88; 3047; 53;) I want access.

Yup, the NAT firewall is a well known limitation to the 4G LTE network since its deployment.  The NAT blocks and hides public IP addresses from individual machines and accounts so that hosting services such as those used to host an Xbox game will not be able to function correctly.  Playing on someone else's game should work though, the NAT firewall allows communication to go out and create new connections, people just cant find you without you communicating with them first.

Current work arounds to the VZW NAT are the same as any other NAT:

1. Setup a VPN connection to a network with a public IP address

2. Purchase a Static/Public IP from VZW for $500

3. Purchase a VZW product that offers a Public IP such as LTE Internet Installed

4. Terminate and switch to a provider that offers public IP Address services for free
